Reading the the gym routine and supplement threads in this section is making me depressed. How about we all talk about something that doesn't bring out the inner retard.

What are your favourite, easy to make, healthy meals?

I spose I'll start.

One of my go-to's is fruit, yoghurt and muesli for breakfast. Today I used kiwi, but you can use banana/berries/apple.

  1. Get a tumbler glass
  2. Layer the bottom with muesli
  3. Proceed to alternate layers with muesli and yoghurt until you get about an inch from the top
  4. *Slice up a kiwi and put the slices on top

not even, did the word lightly not mean anything? plus its raw sugar not white

Mutant Oats
A bowl of raw/uncooked oats
One scoop of mutant mass/your protein or no protein and add honey or what ever
Milked on top and mixed
Oats and your morning drink of protein

or

Breakfast Shake
2 eggs whole
TBLS Peanut butter
Some milk
Fruit of your choice
Yoghurt
Blend and drink

I like the idea of this thread except there will be lots of trolls and bad ideas from people who think they are funny, i done derped dw
