Gaining weight is like 80% diet and 20% exercise. Figure out your calorie maintenance and then at least 500 extra calories per day to gain more weight. If you're female you probably want to be eating around 3000 calories per day but obviously this is just an estimate and depends on your goals. Honestly should read every article on this site http://www.gainingweight.info/ it's the authority on gaining weight and muscle.

for bulking up and pasta 3 times a week drink protein after every work out :L that helps heaps
