The double elim was better for my team simply because it allowed us to play more than one team how ever the time problems i don't think you could improve on simply because there is 20+ teams.

Feedback from last night? Tournament still went way too long.
1. To reduce tournament length my suggestion is first round BO1 , then Bo3 throughout (still single elim). But top 8 are seeded into 2nd round. Would prefer something like this rather than limiting entries.

2. Also channel needs a !rules command with some kind of simple explanation.

3. I think it might be time to experiment with hero limits.

I feel like your point system counted towards the delay of the competition.

Maybe make it more clearer or implement this instead:

- Best of 7 Format (Single Elimination)
- Every half of the map counts as a game towards the BO7.
- +1 if you win defense
- +1 if team goes further on attack (which was set by other team - stopwatch)
- +1 in a decider on whoever wins the first control point

How would you record who went further or faster on attack if both teams say capture point A on kings row and then both fail to capture point B?

There is no in game UI for stopwatch.

Move onto the next map and no team gets a point. And if it comes to it play 2 king of the hill instead of 1 to compensate the draw on payload.

But then it isn't stopwatch at all :S stopwatch is based on time you're simply using the format Blizzard wants.
