I have no skill with graphic design, but this woman is attractive and I don't think you really care anymore ;)


Who we are?
This is a group of CG members who have agreed to log their gym progress on a week by week basis, for at least 12 weeks. We will provide weekly progress images and any corrections to our stats (if any, most should be fairly consistent).

Why are we doing this?
The goal of this is to demonstrate what can be achieved with a little effort and some time, weather you're aiming for weight loss, tone/ripping or bulking, someone here will be doing just that. You can see their results, and how they have gone about achieving them. This is as much for you as it is for us!

Registrations are closed - those few stragglers get in ASAP

If you're going to criticize or be critical of a member, do so politely, please! We are taking a risk and some members are nervous or have never done this before, as you can imagine, if you were in their position, you'd appreciate some respect Otherwise, comment, ask questions, discuss, etc. Its open to help us, and to help you!

Start Date: March 5th, Monday, 2012.
(A chance for you to buy supps, get your gym membership, do a loading phase, etc.!)
Instructions: PM me a photo of yourself every week with the week title (i.e. week 2) so I can upload the photo to your profile here! Or post it and I'll attach it when I jump on next!

Yeah I need an admin to get us a private forum setup so we can discuss amongst ourselves and help each other - will be easier than having to deal with multiple conversation threads in this one thread!!

Sorry guys, there's a whole Health & Fitness section - doesn't make sense to make a new private section as a general forum. Create a team in a dead game or similar, and just rough it in there on a membership basis like many others do.
