What are your favourite, easy to make, healthy meals?
I spose I'll start.
One of my go-to's is fruit, yoghurt and muesli for breakfast. Today I used kiwi, but you can use banana/berries/apple.
- Get a tumbler glass
- Layer the bottom with muesli
- Proceed to alternate layers with muesli and yoghurt until you get about an inch from the top
*Slice up a kiwi and put the slices on top
