Reading the the gym routine and supplement threads in this section is making me depressed. How about we all talk about something that doesn't bring out the inner retard.
What are your favourite, easy to make, healthy meals?
I spose I'll start.
One of my go-to's is fruit, yoghurt and muesli for breakfast. Today I used kiwi, but you can use banana/berries/apple.
- Get a tumbler glass
- Layer the bottom with muesli
- Proceed to alternate layers with muesli and yoghurt until you get about an inch from the top*Slice up a kiwi and put the slices on top
